GOAL 1: Boosting digital skills and knowledge transfer activities
The pillar for supporting capacity building programme is the EU DigiTOUR Transformation Academy, a comprehensive and integrated education & training programme delivered around AR/VR, AI, big data and IoT key enabling digital techs by a pool of DigitALL Mentors.
Three components would be set up around the capacity building structure:
Business mentoring
one to one sessions (basic knowledge) around AI, AR/VR, IoT, big data provided to tourism SMEs and tourism startups.
Experimentation classes
groups of 10/15 attendees will be attending a Zoom class for experimenting with ISNART (WP1L) platforms (Strategic knowledge)
Online workshop & masterclasses
to EU tourism SMEs’ improve their use of new digital technologies, resulting in new business models in tourism.
