A4: Must the innovative ideas come from the applicant company? Or is it possible to applied the call with the ideas developed from a partnering company?
Q: A company who's owner of an innovation under the following verticals, e.g.:
AI, IoT, VR and AR, and Big Data, is allowed to participate the PROGRAMME regardless the fact that such innovation was conceived/developed/built by itself of bought from a third party or a partner.
Of course, and due to the specific mechanism of the PROGRAMME, the company – when selected – will be involved in several activities such as Facilitating cooperation programs, Business Mentoring, Experimentation Classes, Workshops & Masterclasses, and (in the Phase #3) in particular in "teamming up with the EU DigiTOUR Champions from the high-growth programme and other 2 team members to scout innovative solutions to specific challenges to be solved during the hackathons". (https://www.eudigitour.eu/hackathons).
For such reason, the company might be able to provide a clear knowledge and a sound and effective experience, plus creativity using a proactive problem-solving approach, to contribute to the sessions appropriately.
